I am new to MAC and using a MAC Book to launch an app being published by a Windows 2012 RDS Server.  I am seeing this message "Disconnected Notify IT to check the remote Windows server configuration and service".

I do not see this message on the PC.

Please advise if you have an idea of how to fix this.

If this is a local firewall issue, please advise where I should go and check.

Thanks,

My best guess on this one is a DNS issue. Make sure you can hit all your servers by name that may be contacted by the app. Or, it could be a certificate trust problem. If you're seeing any cert errors on your sites or apps you may need to trust them on the Mac.
