I am new to MAC and using a MAC Book to launch an app being published by a Windows 2012 RDS Server. &nbsp;I am seeing this message &quot;Disconnected Notify IT to check the remote Windows server configuration and service&quot;. &nbsp;<br />

I do not see this message on the PC. &nbsp;<br />
<br />
Please advise if you have an idea of how to fix this. <br />
<br />
If this is a local firewall issue, please advise where I should go and check. &nbsp;<br />
