Excel 2010 Addin Issue

We are having issues with an Excel addin which is enabled and ticked in all the Excel options but does not appear on the ribbon, this is within a Citrix 7.9 environment. Any ideas?

Locally on Windows 7 machines with Excel 2010 the addin works fine.

No points, but check this EE solution.  You'd just need to add the add-in (.xlam) file to the XLSTART folder in the Citrix environment.
