RDP works great with one app.  It will launch one, and not show desktop or any other options.  Which works great, but now I need to have two apps running.

Need a way of running two like this article shows how to run one: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc782233(v=ws.10).aspx

Any ideas?

If you aren't blocking multiple connections, you can always fire up a second instance of RDC. However, at that point, i'd be looking at implementing remoteapps instead.
