I follow the notification and tried applying "Microsoft ASP.NET and Web Tools, Preview 2 tools , Core 1.0.0" but the update keep failing and telling me to REPAIR the installation of my Visual Studio 2015 Update 3.

I've done the repair few times and I'm still getting the same error, I can't apply that update.

Your thoughts.

Pain the neck to make all those updates apply, I had to uninstall and reinstall couple of times.  Many thanks for the advice.
