If anyone can get me an Excel or other format of Puerto Rico zip codes that would be appreciated.

try this:
http://www.unitedstateszipcodes.org/pr/

download the zip codes at:
http://www.unitedstateszipcodes.org/zip-code-database/

filter the entries by column F (State) = PR
