Hi,

I am working with a mvc 4 project and I wonder - is it possible to animate the views so that they, for instance, are sliding in from the left?

Best regards

sure, by using a client-side framework like say jQuery/UI، kendoUI, ExtJs, YUI or even  you own home-grown Javascript toolkit for UI animations.

This has less to do with MVC per se, unless of course if you use a MVC like client framework like AngularJs (w/ jQuery for effects for example).
