What is the largest library for this stuff?

I'd like to be able to pull the following clips out of the same library as one example.

Gill Prather from West Texas Investors Club - "Let's get the party started"
Paula Dean - "Howdy Y'all"

Assistance is greatly appreciated.

All of those are available on YouTube - go to http://www.listentoyoutube.com/ and you can save the audio from the YouTube videos.

These aren't songs, they are sound bytes from tv shows.

Gill Prather from West Texas Investors Club - "Let's get the party started"
Paula Dean - "Howdy Y'all"

I took a Youtube video and extracted the audio using Audacity. Then added my own Youtube channel which was empty, no video. I used the software to be able to post the audio so no one could see the video. It was a challenge to have people hear a short audio and see no video and try to guess where the audio came from.
------------------------------------------
You have been given some links to those TV persons.

Extract the audio and use a "cutter" to remove the parts your do not want. I did this using a free online cutter. The video was 10 minutes but we only wanted a clip maybe 2 minutes long from the middle so the cutter let us set a starting point and an ending point. It worked great. Ask if you want more about it.

Yes they are TV shows but you can extract or capture the audio you desire and leave the video behind. Then cut out the audio clips you want to keep.

I'm not sure how this question got so off track.  Perhaps it's my fault.  To restate the question, I am looking for a source for the following audio clips, not songs:

Gill Prather from West Texas Investors Club - "Let's get the party started"
Paula Dean - "Howdy Y'all"

I want to be able to select them and other favorites of mine and have them within easy reach from my phone.

I've searched those + audio and get zero results.

I'm not clear on what you actually want. In the U.S. you can find tapes of all past TV shows in a series.

As far as my cutter, it does not have to be song it could be audio from a TV show.

I am looking for a source for the following audio clips................

Gill Prather from West Texas Investors Club - "Let's get the party started"
Paula Dean - "Howdy Y'all"

Those are not clips are they? TV shows + the actors.  (?)
---------------
Are you looking for a library of all W. Texas Investors Club to search for a few audio clips?

http://www.cnbc.com/live-tv/west-texas-investors-club   < full episodes, pick and keep the clips.

As far as a library of Gill Prather that may be unlikely.

As Michael said they are on Youtube and you said you wanted the audio clips. Using some programs you can extract the audio and leave the video behind.
As far as a "library" of what you want, I doubt it exists.
