I'm using Exchange 2013 and would like a PowerShell export of Distribution Group names that are set to allow email from "Senders inside and outside of my organization".

I know you can list the groups by Get-DistributionGroup but I don't know which parameter holds the setting.

get-distributiongroup | where {$_.RequireSenderAuthenticationEnabled -eq $false}

Open in new window

Should do it for you.
