Distribution Lists that have the "Require that all senders are authenticated" Disabled

I'm using Exchange 2013 and would like a PowerShell export of Distribution Group names that are set to allow email from "Senders inside and outside of my organization".

I know you can list the groups by Get-DistributionGroup but I don't know which parameter holds the setting.
