123reg NS changes failing

Do you see where the report from MS says the actual name is "Domain Has Expired"??

Your domain has obviously expired.

No that's the current NS settings/servers in 123reg, which I cannot change hence the message from MS...

Those name servers are NOT the regular 123-reg.co.uk name servers.  (which would normally be ns1.123-reg.co.uk and ns2.123-reg.co.uk).  So there IS something wrong with your domain and you need to contact them about it.

So the domain wasn't validated on 123reg.
once validated we could update the domain records..
