I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Do you see where the report from MS says the actual name is "Domain Has Expired"??

Your domain has obviously expired.

No that's the current NS settings/servers in 123reg, which I cannot change hence the message from MS...

Those name servers are NOT the regular 123-reg.co.uk name servers.  (which would normally be ns1.123-reg.co.uk and ns2.123-reg.co.uk).  So there IS something wrong with your domain and you need to contact them about it.

I'm sorry, but I said there was a problem with your domain with 123-reg...  here:  https:#a41729726

It may not have been an expiration issue, but it was a problem with them which was causing you to not be able to make the changes.
