I get this error every time I run Outlook, but my messages seem to be sent and received normally.

Do you have any PST files?  According to Microsoft there may be corruption in your PST files. If you have PST files run scanpst.exe to repair the file or files.

Scanpst.exe is a Inbox repair tool. It comes with office. Just type Scanpst in the search box and it should find it. See full instructions below.
