asked on Mouse pointer turns into strange bar sometimes.... but only on certain screens (I have 3 monitors)
This video shows exactly what is going on. Most of the time my PC works fine but a couple times a week I get a pointer like this and I can't seem to fix it without a reboot. (Win 10 on this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883230099 - except I upgraded RAM to 16GB of Crucial Memory)
