I have exchange 2010 sp3 on Windows 2012 and added another Exchange 2010 sp3 on the DR site. The exchange is working fine except the DAG. I could add the DAG member for the Exchange 2010spe on Windows 2012. Does Exchange 2010 SP3 on Windows 2012r2 is supported?

When i checked the link it says unsupported, not sure if this is the reason i am unable to add the DR Exchange 2010 sp3 server to DAG.  https://technet.microsoft.com/library/ff728623(v=exchg.150).aspx

technically as per microsoft preresuistes it's not supported.. please check the following  link..
and select the "Supported operating system platforms" which will display the complete supported O/S list table.

https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff728623(v=exchg.150).aspx

but the following article is showing that sp3 with Rollup 5 may support

http://exchangeserverpro.com/exchange-server-2010-support-windows-server-2012-r2/
