Did you used to have the connection working from that machine and then later came back and it no longer worked?
OR
Is this a machine which has never connected?

you may try download and install this driver and see if that resolved the issue?

One of things you should change Extend Properties to EXCEL 12.0 for Excel Connection because you are using the Excel version higher than 2003.

This is the best money I have ever spent. I cannot not tell you how many times these folks have saved my bacon. I learn so much from the contributors.
