WSUS Server 2012 will not download updates
Everything was working fine for about 9 months, now it syncs successfully, but will no longer download the updates. So the clients all show no updates available. I have already run the reset and blew the WSUSContent folder away. Below is the error in the event log.
Event ID 364
Content file download failed.
Reason: The operation being requested was not performed because the user has not logged on to the network. The specified service does not exist. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800704DD)

I removed those updates, but will have to wait for a down period to reboot the server.

Removing those 2 updates wasn't all it took. I also had to do a full reset on WSUS with a couple IISRESETs and reboots mixed in. Probably would have been faster to uninstall/reinstall.
