We are running Windows 10 and Office 2016 both 64-bit.  We are on a network and have multiple printers.  Just now starting to see a few users who are not seeing all the print options when they are printing a Word document that is multiple pages.
We generally print the first page to letterhead and the other pages to another drawer.   The "Other Pages" area is missing.  Anyone have any idea on this?

This is when printing to an HP LaserJet 4250

I would assume this is a printer driver issue, and the same settings are missing in E.G. Adobe Reader for example. Can you verify this?

I noticed your printer does not even display on the print page like mine does.

I can't see what everything on your screen-grab is referring to, but it does show:

Extract from screen-grab
So is the sample document only a one page document (in which case, "Other pages" is irrelevant)?

Turns out it was a Microsoft Office update that broke the printers.  We were able to roll back to a previous update and all works just fine.

Good to hear, if you know the KB, chuck it here & mark it as answer. Shame you wont get points, but it will help others.
