How to, "Contribute permissions to the Apps for SharePoint list in the corporate app catalog." ?

I am being asked to "Contribute permissions to the Apps for SharePoint list in the corporate app catalog."

How do I do this in Sharepoint Server 2013? Am I supposed to just add a user as an admin to the app catalog?

Under the site settings where the app lives go to site app permissions
