Issue with Cisco Unity Express 3.2 and Voicemail

Good afternoon,

Currently running a UC520 with Unity Express 3.2. Recently tried to program a SIP trunk via CCA however it completely backfired by disabling our voicemail. I rolled back to my previous configuration, however the voicemail system no longer reads when the keys are pressed to access the voicemail inbox for all users. Will continuously say "Enter your password followed by #" then go to the Unity Express main menu. Any idea what may be causing the issue?

Hello

Wow that is an old unit UC520

Check your scripts and make sure the voicemail option is still enabled.
