I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Remove all the logs.

Also your C: drive should be twice that size, at least 130GB.

ok Thanks.
But the logs just filled up with 700MB.

The big folder is WINSXS, this is filled with 8GB
Andrew Hancock (VMware vExpert / EE MVE^2)VMware and Virtualization ConsultantCommented:
WINSXS is NOT anything to do with vCenter Server.

You need to increase your disk size, as per my post, recommended size of disk is 130GB.
