outlook, printers, email to print function

I am having outlook on my machine

I have a HP Officejet Pro X476dw which as an email to print function. The function worked fine with my HP laptop but now I have the Dell and I got this message the first time I tried to use the function

Delivery has failed to these recipients or distribution lists:

 Your message wasn't delivered because of security policies. Microsoft Exchange will not try to redeliver this message for you. Please provide the following diagnostic text to your system administrator.

email to print option works fine from yahoo or gmail but having problems only with outlook

My wild guess is that you have setup your exchange account as an IMAP mailbox in your old HP notebook and you have setup your exchange account as an exchange mailbox in your new DELL notebook.

so how it should be corrected, we have set up all accounts as exchange mailbox, he just changed the laptop

It is a known issue of HP ePrint with Exchange server.

Do you still have access to the old HP notebook?

I have to check with user, but how hp notebook is working and dell not

I followed some posts on internet, it says to change SPF record, but I should not because earlier hp notebook was working fine, the new dell laptop has problems

ubo467ops9584@hpeprint.com I checked the mx records, it look sthat mail servers of hp are rejecting our domain, can it be one reason
