Network Topology Mapping and Network Discovery Tool

Good morning Experts,

Does anyone have any good network topology or network discovery tools or software they can suggest?

Both free versions and paid version suggestions are welcome, as I wouldn't mind finding the best in each category.

No, we wouldn't Kimberly. I've actually seen NetBrain before and it does look pretty cool I agree! The usage case in what I'm looking for would be more for a one-time discovery for troubleshooting or documentation purposes...not necessarily full time, real-time monitoring.

Hi NetBrain is one of th best out there. Consultant edition is 3K

I used it numerous times, just enter the credentials and Snmp info and away it goes.
When done you have report and other info

Then right click and create Visio in about 5 minutes.

Then season the Visio to taste. I ran on 200 devices in about 15 minutes then 5 minutes to create the Visio

SOLARWINDS NETWORK Monitoring Tool.

All time ever green so far I have found. Worked great for Small business and For Large or extra large house/Office, They have extremely great Tech support which helps to install all NODES without any expert fees.

Try it. We have deployed it in our company for almost 10000 nodes and its great.
