Looking for Project Management Software Recommendations

I'm looking for recommendations for project management software.
I'm NOT looking for super-global enterprise apps.  I'm dealing with up to a few hundred tasks and would like software to generate Gantt charts, allow me to assign and track the time of resources and the costs of human and material resources.
