IE 11 with google map issues

I have an issue with IE 11 the person will Zoom out and the screen around the map area flashes black then in a few seconds the map loads the issue is for the time it takes to load it flashes like a strobe light, I have removed all Compatibility sites per google cleared IE cache and temp files also reset IE i hit the restore advanced settings and reset the browser settings and still same response. When I use Firefox the maps have no issue also with IE 11 I can use bing maps and I have no issues zooming in and out only with Google maps through IE. it is a windows 7 64 bit machine.

Have you installed all the Windows Updates?

Try using IE with all add-ins disabled.

make sure you also have the latest version of java installed if you opt to use IE11.

So the PC has no more updates needed I have cleaned out all temp files, we have to use Java 6 24 because of a program that runs that version and it still IE flashes like crazy when you zoom in and out on the maps. We have other PCS with the same version of Java and IE not having the issues. I have also disabled all addons. It almost seems as if IE is loading the map and that is what causes the screen to go black and flash repeatedly.

yes i have selected both resets in the advanced tab
