Setup project

I have a setup project for a solution.  After it executes, all is installed OK and I get a desktop icon.  Now, where does the text of the short cut for the icon come from?  Where is that defined?  In my project itself, or in the setup project?

I believe the setup project Deployment Project.   How do I tell?  This is code I have inherited.  I have not done a desktop app in 10 years.
