Windows 10 System Reserved Partition

I have several computers (HP brand) that I am trying to upgrade to Windows 10, however at the end of the process I get a reserved partition error. I researched a tool named MiniTool Partition Wizard. Followed the instructions, however, the computer keeps restarting and not letting me in the login screen, any suggestions on fixing the reserved partition? Specifically, also after using the tool? Thanks!

Windows 10 does not normally change the reserved partition. Do you have enough space for upgrading ? (25GB or more)

Did Windows upgrade tell you that the System Reserved partition was too small? Or was it your research after some errors?
What exactly have you done with MiniTool?
The link from nobus seems to be pointing out the cause and solution for it.
