Is there a way to sign (using mouse) a signature field without being prompted for a digital ID? I'm using Adobe Reader Acrobat Reader DC (free version).

Here are the steps:

o  Click Fill&Sign in the tools panel on the right side or click the View menu, then Tools, then Fill&Sign.

o  Click the sign icon (a pen tip):

sign
o  Click Add Signature

o  Click Draw:

draw
o  Use your mouse to sign in the dialog above.

o  Click Apply

o  Position the signature where you want it and click to drop it.

That should do it. Regards, Joe

What does it mean when the Sign button drop down has this:

Export from PDF, convert PDF files to Word, Excel
Select PDF files to export

There isn't any option like what you show below "Draw".

Maybe this is something in the security or signature settings of Reader?

It probably means you're looking at the wrong drop-down. That's the Fill&Sign drop-down on the left. You want the Sign drop-down on the right:

sign
It should look like this:

sign drop-down

Post a screenshot of what you have below Draw. If you don't know how to post images, this EE article should help:

I don't think so.

Btw, make sure you're on the latest version of Reader DC, which is 15.017.20050. Regards, Joe
