check your settings Mydevice>Motions and Gestures>Palm motion is on>tap on Palm motion text>turn on Capture screen>tap on Capture Screen text

Manual screen capture (home key + power button) works?

Thank you for your reply. Everything is turned on. When I try to capture the screen, it looks like it captures, but then some message on the screen shows " Cannot take screenshot due to limited storage space or it's not allowed by app or your organization"
I do not think it is due to limited storage space.

Goto settings -> storage

What is the amount of available space under device memory

If the available space is less than 500mb, you will not be available to save screenshots.

If still no go, try the following.

Actually there was only one folder called "Pictures" on my phone.
Renamed it to Pictures.bak and tried taking screenshot. Android created a new folder and saved the screenshot.

Of course, you need to make sure all content inside the Picture folder have been backup to your computer or external Micro SD card.

The cell phone's problem is due to losing of a file. The problem happened just after I deleted some files. So I need to know how to get it back. Now the phone already has enough space since I deleted some files
