Outlook 2016 Deleivery Reciept asks to be saved after opening it

Weird issue.

Outlook 2016 (using Office 365 E3). Every time I open a delievery receipt to view it, then close it, Outlook asks me if I want to save it! Haven't made any changes to it. any one seen this?

Hello,
Please try the following steps:
1. Go to FILE -> Options.
2. Choose Mail from the Outlook Options menu and go down to the Tracking area.
3. Check "Automatically update original sent item with receipt information"
