Error 14101 trying to upgrade Integration Services, Windows Server 2012R2

We have 4 Hyper-V VM's and one of them gets the error, "one of the processes returned error code 14101". I've rebooted and that didn't help.

How do I fix this?

what is the client operating system? hyper-v server operating system?

It is a file server, 2012 R2
