Anyone having ews/calendar or autodiscover look up issues currently? Issues with on-prem lookup and impersonate of o365 mailboxes for calendar/scheduling system

I'm troubleshooting some on-prem technology that uses pam web service and uses EWS/autodiscover to look up and impersonate mailboxes for scheduling/calendaring purposes.

I'm finding that it's working fine for on-prem mailboxes (Exchange 2010/2007), and used to work fine against an O365 mailbox but is not working for O365 mailbox anymore.

This tool is supposed to go through https://autodiscover-s.outlook.com/Autodiscover/Autodiscover.xml for looking o365 mailbox up for impersonation but it's failing with an error message "The Autodiscover service couldn't be located.".
It used to work but I'm not sure when it stopped.

I noticed in O365 admin center that Exchange is having some issues in service health section like Service degradation. there was a mention of calendar/free/busy issue there, but I'm not sure if that's related to EWS or Autodiscover from on-prem to O365...

Yeah trying to hit that URL gives no luck.
That's the URL that would return automatically, when I was simply using that autodiscover URL. Now it just doesn't work. So not sure if my Exchange server would be a problem? Like would I need to look into trying to a repair/reinstall of EWS?
Thanks for the info it will be useful. But it does look like I will need to reach out to O365 for further support with EWS stuff.
