the folder can not be copied. there can be private elements in the folder

Hello Team,

need suggestion what we can do to resolve this

There is one user who left the company, and his manager having full access on his mailbox. Now when he try to save any email or folder

he is getting error
"the folder can not be copied. there can be private elements in the folder."

Can you suggest, what we can do, without login to the mailbox, who left the company, his mailbox is still active in exchange and hide from address

Outlook 2013
exchange 2013 CU12

Just noticed you said without logging into the machine. Why can you not log into the machine?

Try this:
Set-MailboxFolderPermission -Identity “UserA” -User “UserB” -AccessRights Editor

Because user left the company.. is there any way.. from powershell i can give rights?
