RDS Licensing

I am setting up 4 ESXi VMs running Windows 2012.   My VCenter contains 4 hosts (2 processers in each host).

The 4 vm servers will run Remote Desktop Services (one broker, three hosts) and we will publish applications for 200 users to access.

We already have purchased Windows 2012 Data Center Edition which allows us to setup unlimited number of VMs in our VCenter.  In order for my 200 users to connect to the collections and use the published app, what other licenses will I need to purchase?

Also, once I have the required license keys, how do I configure licensing?   I am looking at RDS>Overview>RD Licensing from Server manager but do not know how to do it.

It will be great if someon can recommend article which explains the step-by-step.

Thanks

You need RDS CALs and Windows CALs (RDS CALs do NOT include Windows CALs - they are ADDITIVE, not all inclusive in their usage rights).  LIKELY, you should get User CALs as Device CALs are limited to the specific hardware used to access the RDS systems and most people would potentially login from more than one computer (including, potentially home computers).
