I'm trying to store the report document in Session so I could use it in Page_Init for postbacks, Any help to resolve this issue will be highly appreciated.

Why are you trying to save the report document instead of the name?

It has the parameters set and when the page reloads it needs to maintain the drilldown and paging from previous view. I thought we need to store the report document for this scenario. I did try using report parameters and report path in session now it works fine.
