NetApp LUNs and Volumes for Exchange 2016

How would I lay out the LUNs and volumes for these configurations please:
2 x Exchange 2016
2 x Active Databases max. 250GB
2 x Passive Databases max 250GB
NetApp SnapManager for Exchange (SME)

I used the Exchange Calculator for...
On each Exchange Server:
C: System Drive - 200GB NTFS (default Allocation Units)
      D: Database Drive - 500GB NTFS (64k)
      E: Database Drive - 500GB NTFS (64k)
      L: Logs Drive - 100GB NTFS (64k)

Would it be one LUN/Volume  per drive letter?
I know it is advised with 2 DB copies in DAG to have 1 volume per Database.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Single netapp would become single point of failure, i.e no point making 2 exchanges on one netapp.
Yes, one LUN per drive letter (you can make other way but it is still hard to manage under Windows)
