Hello,

Curious, what is the significance of having an ssmb.com in your email address within Outlook?

For example, a work email address is:   johndoe@abc.com.   Why would it also reflect johndoe@abc.ssmb.com too within the profile settings?

Thanks.

That has to be something that was configured on your Exchange server.
If the default domain was changed on the email account then it wouldn't be updated in Outlook until a new profile is created.
