How do I create a Microsoft Publisher greeting card?

I want to create a Microsoft Publisher greeting card on 8.5X11 paper.   I want to have everything printed on one side, then fold the page twice to get 4 "pages" with the final size of 4.25X5.5 inches.   I was able to find templates for this in previous versions of Publisher, but not the current one (Office 365).   Please see attached JPEG to explain what I mean.Card
