assigning port numbers to web sites and web services

When assigning port numbers to a website or webservices, can the same port number be used with many different binding types.
Bindings meaning :  WSHttpBinding, NetNamedPipeBinding, NetTcpBinding, etc.

That is the IP Address is the same when I ask this question.

using the same port for multiple protocols won't work unless you have an in-between process that reads a few bytes of the packet and then forwards the packet to the appropriate handler. In most cases don't do this.
