Windows Server 2012
Windows 10 Workstation
All other printers have the ability to install on workstations

We have a Ricoh Pro8100 with a custom popup driver for user codes
This printer can be manually installed but when you try to add it from the server it says a policy is in effect that is preventing the addition.

Log on as local admin and perform the installation of the driver again. If prompted for credentials to install the printer use your domain admin credentials.

Give that a try.
