Where is the question? What is your recorder model IF it was not covered by previous answer?

From your 3 year old thread:
"This information might help also.

From Qsee site: "I would like to reset my password on my DVR, how do I do this?
Unfortunately, this information has not been made public in order to safeguard our customer's systems from being compromised. If you would like this information, click on the "Ask a Question" tab..."

You'll have to get their help to reset the password and, this time write it down somewhere (like maybe tape it to the unit?)
