Dreamspark support issues

Hi,

Does anyone know if Dreamspark actually has support behind it?  They don't recognize the 'Maricopa.edu' domain name as belonging to an educational institution (it covers a half dozen campuses or so).  I've tried to help my stepson get set up with them and have gotten nowhere submitting a technical support request.  No response for over a week.

Is this just a PR campaign by MS or do they take it seriously?

Thanks, Nick!  I hadn't wandered in to the Institution section as, well, I'm not an institution.  Will pursue the questions on the links provided.

Much appreciated!
