The public folder database 'Public Folder Database' cannot be deleted.

Hello,

I am in the final phases of decommissioning an Exchange 2007 (part of SBS2008).  I am migrating to Exchange 2013.

When trying to remove Storage Groups, I received and error indicating that there are existing databases within the Storage Group.  Checking via EMC, I see that the Public Folder is residing in this Storage Group.

When trying to remove the Public Folder, I receive the following error:
The public folder database 'Public Folder Database' cannot be deleted.
Public Folder Database
Error.
The public folder datagsae 'ServerName\Second Storage Group\Public Folder Database" contains folder replicas.   Before deleting the public folder, database, remove the folders or move the replicas to another public folder database.  For detailed instructions about how to remove a public folder database, see http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=81409.

Please note that I did not need to migrate Public Folders because they were not in used.  Based on a prior post with Microsoft, I took the following action: http://partnersupport.microsoft.com/en-us/mpndataplat/forum/mpncatmessag-mpnexsvr/migrating-from-exchange-2007-to-exchange-2013-just/2e397b39-826f-4292-a2b2-08f4e4fa4914.

Thanks in advance.
