The problem with this software I found is that it doesn't work for a website with a username and password for login:

I am proofreading a translated website now, and in order to be able to keep track of which areas of the website I have proofread I thought it would be a good idea to draw a website map of the whole website. But I use a username and password for logging in to this website, so I'm not sure if there is any software that can handle that?
