I have a DD image of a Windows 10 machine.  Windows Defender was used on this machine.  I want to see if Windows Defender cleaned up any viruses or malware on the machine.  Does anyone know the location of the logs and how they can be viewed?  Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I use Symantec on my host machine but have Windows Defender running on a guest machine.

Here is a good Microsoft Resource for reviewing Windows Defender.
