Well a few issues can cause not being able to share a workbook
1) You cannot share an Excel workbook that contains an array formula that is linked to another workbook
2) if a shared workbook was created in Excel 97 or a later version of Excel is saved as an Excel 95 workbook, the workbook cannot be shared (From your document properties it seems that the original file was created in 2006 so (2) could be your reason)
3) Do you use any protect/unprotect macros, as it seems that sheet Products has a protection but buttons do not display Unprotect?
4) Do you have any lists in the document that were created with the Create List option? (in Excel 2003)?  You may need to convert the list to a range before you are able to share the workbook
5) Perhaps the original creator of the document and its macros disabled sharing of the original document.

Please let us know if any of these may cause your issue.
Share Workbook is also grayed out in Office 2016.
Hi  sanjib banerjee,

Can it be a 2013 setting? when I open it in 2010 or 2003 I don't have any problem.

Hi folks,

This excel file issue has been reported to EE and is a known bug.  https://www.experts-exchange.com/bugs/19232/Unable-to-download-and-open-Excel-Macro-Enabled-workbooks.html Feel free to monitor its progress there by clicking the eyeball icon below the top testers section on the right.
I copied all the Sheets except the Pivot Table sheet in Office 2013 and 2016 and then the  then Share Workbook started working.
So the problem may be that your pivot table gets data from another data source using the PowerPivot tool
sanjibbanerjee1972,

I agree with Kyle, however, more details on the cause would be appreciated.
After all, our comments probably include part of the problem, for example my comment that states:
So the problem may be that your pivot table gets data from another data source using the PowerPivot tool
I have got an answer
