How to Deploy VB.NET Application on Windows 10?

I am developing a VB.Net application that I publish and then install on Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 machines without any issues.  I am using Visual Studio 2013 Update 5.  The application will eventually be running on Windows 10 Tablet PC's in the field.  I have my first Windows 10 Tablet PC (Dell Rugged 12 Tablet)  and have run the Setup Program from the Publish directory.  The program runs, but then I can find no trace of it to add a short cut to it.  The only way I can find to run the program again is to run the Setup Program again or to click on the One-Click application in the Publish Folder.

What am I missing?  Is there a different way to deploy applications on Windows 10 machines?  I have not used had to use an Install Shield to deploy my applications to Windows 7 or 8.1 PC's.  when I run Setup I can not find a trace of the program in the Start Menu, All Programs or any of the Program Files folders.

In the installation of your product, you probably need to create a shortcut to the executable, on the desktop and/or in start menu.

If this does not help, tell how you deploy your application.

I appear to have found my issue.  In the publish tab of the Properties screen, somehow I clicked the Availble Online only feature.  I changed the selection and am able to deploy it again as expected.

The solution was based on the Selection in the Publish Tab of the Properties Screen for the Project.  I included screenshot of solution.
