I would like to create a drop down list (which I have) and depending on the selection I would like certain items to appear in a second dropdown list. Finally, when the user picks the item from the second list I would like it to display a link to the file. <br />

The list is not large, so no need for a database. I am thinking this should be done by Java script or maybe PHP since it is Joomla based website. Any ideas would be appreciated. <br />
