Windows 10 Pro Mapped Drives from GPO not working

Server 2008 R2 domain environment with many Windows 10 Pro machines that were upgraded from Win7 or Win 8.

After the update, the machines do not connect to their mapped drives by GPO.  I have also tried a logon script using the net use command.  Neither work.

Is there an issue with Win10 and mapped drives?

This topic has been seen over and over. Retry with group policy preferences based drive mappings, those work.

Second to McKnife's comment - the most reliable way to map drives for Win8 and 10 is to use group policy preferences.  If this is how you're trying  to map the drives, please provide more info as to how your policies/preferences are configured.

Thanks for your comments.  I agree that GP is the way to go.  GPO
gpresult shows that this GPO is running successfully.

Never mind.  It has been a long time since I mapped drives.

I forgot that you can not add the closing "\"

It needs to be \\server\apps
Not \\server\apps\

Thanks for your help!
