SBS 2011 Server Firewall Export Error

I need to export the firewall rules but the snap in fails giving me a unhandled exception error saying the name is invalid.  Exception type System.IO.IOException.
MMC could not create the snap-in. The snap-in might not have been installed correctly.

I repaired .net framework and issue is now resolved.  Thank you.
