Managing DLs in Exchange 2013/Office 365 Hybrid

Hi All,
I just started working for a company with Exchange 2013/Office 365 Hybrid/Adconnect.

I need to do some work on DL's and I cant for the life of my work out where\how to manage them.  

Tasks required -
Add Alias Addresses
Setting up Send As rights.

Any tips appreciated

If those are already existing DLs you have synced from your local environment, the changes must be done on-prem. AADConnect will sync them to O365 later on.

If you mean creating new DLs, you might consider doing this directly in the cloud. You can achieve this either from the O365 admin portal -> Groups ->  Add a group (https://portal.office.com/AdminPortal/Home?switchtomoderndefault=true#/groups). Or if you are more used to the EAC: https://outlook.office365.com/ecp/ -> Recipients -> Groups -> New ("+")

Yes..found it thanks..  the DLS were created in AD Users and computers so I need to make changes there.

Little more testing on the Send As rights tomorrow.
