I have 3 MOV video files filmed by my iPhone 6s. Two of the files I can import to Sony Vegas 13.0 - but the third one cannot. However, it can be played by video player software. eg. VLC Player, Windows 10 etc.

Is there a way of 'fixing' it so that Vegas can import it?
Is there someway I can see what the problem is?

Thanks

It probably has different audio ac3 or someother format check the diference between the video  maybe this one is not suitable or your output in Vegas doesn't match this video
 I use gspot codec identifier
just drop it on and wait a sec it loads the video format and the audio format
gspot codec identifierhttp://www.headbands.com/gspot/
hindersaliva you can convert it with VLC
Open VLC then Media convert and save add the video
to save me typing and adding images here's the guide how to convert in VLC

Another way to convert or grab pieces of video,
open VLC  then at the top click on VIEW show advanced controls, now you also can record the playing video.press the red dot ( turns blue) press again to stop. Or it will stop automatically at the end,
Set the preferences first go to Tools at the top Preferences> Video>directory>browse>click on Desktop>select folder ok. Should state your name desktop.
