Why does PayPal not allow me to add money?
See attached. I click on "Add money from a U.Us Bank Account". It spins, then stops - nothing.
Yes, I am logged in.
What's the trick?

I called PayPal customer support; that's a nightmare too.
Finally got it to work, had to use IE as the browser.
It's crazy, Chrome & Firefox combined accounted for 88.3 % of browser usage in May 2016, IE, 5.7.
I told them, of course, they didn't care.

Paypal transfer funds FROM a bank TO Paypal ONLY works in IE, NOT Firefox or Chrome.

I tried that, same result. I used Chrome, normally I use FireFox.
For the life of me i CANNOT understand why people like PayPal. It doesn't work a LOT of the time.
